My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, close to the city center and convenient for sightseeing. However, the rooms in the 'new' annex were disappointingly small and not as clean as expected. The service was friendly and helpful, but lacked proper instruction for certain amenities. The dining options were good overall, but temperature issues affected the quality. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
